NUSAÉ seeks an experienced Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies aligning with the company’s business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate seamless organizational communication and workflow.

Additionally, you will oversee budget management and resource allocation, lead and mentor a team, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Your role will also involve establishing and enforcing operational standards and best practices to optimize overall performance. Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in Operations Management or a similar role, preferably in

• the creative industry.

• Strong Understanding of business operations and performance metrics.

• Proficient in project management and process.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
