Good Reason Advertising Agency is looking for an Art Director to transform strategic insights into impactful campaigns from concept development through final execution. In this role, you will lead the creation of integrated ideas across digital, social, activation, and multi-channel campaigns, ensuring every creative solution addresses a clear communication objective. You will oversee the development of key visuals, copy, storyboards, presentation decks, and campaign assets while confidently presenting ideas to clients and internal teams. Working closely with creatives, editors, project managers, and production partners, you will guide projects from pre-production to final delivery, maintaining high standards of craft and execution throughout. The ideal candidate is a collaborative creative leader who enjoys mentoring junior team members, providing thoughtful feedback, and continuously exploring new ideas to push the quality and impact of every project.

Qualification

• 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Visual Design, or a related field.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn insights into memorable campaigns.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
• A strong eye for visuals, storytelling, culture, and design craft.
• Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT.
• Hands-on experience leading productions, from photoshoots to video shoots.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
