Description

Facetology is looking for a Junior Art Director to define and execute the visual representation of the brand across various creative touchpoints. In this role, you will bring advanced design expertise to develop creative decks and visual directions for photoshoots, while directing and overseeing production to ensure all visual outputs align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic standards. You will also evaluate visual designs to maintain a high level of quality and consistency, while providing guidance and creative direction to the graphic design team. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative executions.

Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience as an Art Director or Visual Director, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, branding, and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in photoshoot direction and visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
